You Are The Sign!

As my first blog post of 2026, I wanted to share something I hope you can relate to and carry with you through the weeks and months ahead.

So often, we look outward for signs, for reassurance that we’re on the right path, that we’re enough, that we’re doing okay.
We wait for something or someone else to confirm that what we’re feeling inside is right.

And while those outward signs can hold meaning, offer comfort, and sometimes gently guide us, they are not meant to replace our own inner knowing.

What if the most important sign you need actually comes from within?
What if that feeling inside is actually your biggest sign of all?

If something feels right, not rushed or pressured but calmly aligned, allow yourself to take a step towards it.
If it brings a sense of unease, sit with it for a while and allow things to unfold gently.

One thing I said to my daughter the other day when she was in this position is this…
We are all amazing at talking ourselves out of things we want to do or achieve, the things that matter to us, the things that help us grow, but we are not always as good at talking ourselves into them.

We allow doubts to creep in, we overthink, we put unnecessary obstacles in the way, or we place our value into the hands of others.

What if we could all start this year with a little more confidence and self-belief?
What if we began paying closer attention to the signs within?

These are not things you need to search for or prove.
They already live inside you, alongside your quiet strength, your courage, and your willingness to keep going, even on the days that feel hard, and when motivation feels like it forgot to show up.

So today, and in the weeks and months ahead, gently remind yourself
you don’t need to search for signs or reassurance.
You simply need to believe in and trust in yourself, and who you are.

Carry that knowing with you.
Let it guide you, steady you, and soften the moments when doubt creeps in.

With warmth, love, and light,
Liz xx
