Just when you need it.

My last blog post (Outside the Box, Inside the Soul) sparked some really honest and interesting conversations.

Messages landed in my inbox, chats unfolded over cups of coffee, and again and again I heard the same thing from others…

“I feel this too”

What struck me the most about this wasn’t people agreeing with me, it was that sense of relief people seem to feel when they realised they weren’t alone in feeling this way, you see when we allow ourselves to be who we really are, when we speak our truth out loud, and when we finally say, “This doesn’t fit with who I really am anymore” things seem to shift, and your truth can help others to embrace their own.

When you might be feeling a little lost, overwhelmed or full of doubt, just when you need it and as if by magic, someone or something can show up to make you realise it’s actually all ok!

It might be a message or a blog post, a meeting, a new friend, or maybe a passing stranger who inspires you in some way. It could be someone or something that challenges your perspective or brings something into your life that you didn’t even realise you were looking for until that moment. Sometimes these things arrive to guide you, sometimes they arrive to teach you, and sometimes they arrive simply to remind you that life, even in its chaos, still moves forward and places the right people or situations in our path when we need them most.

Every time you choose to take a step closer to a life that actually fits, you’re not just moving forward, you’re learning to trust yourself, releasing fear, expectation, and people-pleasing, and settling into what feels real, peaceful, and meaningful for you.

And while the world might be noisy, messy, and uncertain right now, there is still space for you to embrace your own truth and way of living.

So, if you’ve been feeling deflated, out of place, or unsure where you fit in amongst all the noise and pressure trust that…

It’s okay to create a life that looks different to others,

It’s okay to follow your own heart,

It’s okay to trust the timing of the people and situations that appear in your life

And it’s absolutely okay to make changes and to step outside the box.

Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is to listen to our soul, even when the world expects something else.

With warmth, love, and light Xx
